It’s important for brands on Pinterest to have creative board themes. This will help the chances of acquiring new followers and better engage current followers. The following eight Pinterest boards come from brands on Pinterest that have unique creative board themes.

1. Starbucks’ Place Pins board, Store Design

Starbucks’ Store Design board shares images from its stores all over the world as a place pins board on Pinterest. This is a cool way to visually connect travel and the love of coffee across the globe.

2. Splendid’s board dedicated to bright colors, Color Story

Splendid’s Color Story board is a beautiful board with bright colors mixed in with a few of their colorful products. It’s a great example of how to incorporate products with color themes and how to give products a life on Pinterest.

3. Elizabeth Arden’s campaign to donate to cancer patients, #PinItToGiveIt

Elizabeth Arden’s #PinItToGiveIt board goes along with their campaign where for each repin, they’ll donate one lipstick to Look Good Feel Better, helping women undergoing cancer treatment. Pinning for a great cause? A cool and unique idea!

4. Whole Foods’ group color board, Colors of Spring

Whole Foods’ Colors of Spring board is shared with 5 other top brands and one blogger, including Pantone, Etsy, Saveur, and more. The board is a beautiful array of pin colors slowly changing every once in a while among the theme of spring. Color is a great theme for boards and is a great way to showcase a variety of products in a fun way!

5. Game of Thrones fan art board, Works of the Realm

This official Game of Thrones Pinterest board shares fan art that was originally submitted to their Tumblr account. This is a neat way to acquire creative content to share with your followers and to engage fans’ creative sides.

6. BaubleBar’s color themed board, White Out

BaubleBar’s White Out board is another cool color themed board. By incorporating products with other white images, the brand is able to showcase their images in a cool way around around cute looks of the same color. If your brand doesn’t have a color themed board yet, create one!

7. Better Homes and Gardens’ blogger curated board, Blogger’s Best Entertaining Ideas

Better Homes and Gardens’ group board ‘Blogger’s Best Entertaining Ideas’ is co-pinned by 11 bloggers. Group boards like this are a great idea because the bloggers do a lot of the work sharing pins and your followers enjoy their brand-related curated content. Just make sure their aesthetics are on point with your brand and that they understand how often and what content is appropriate for the board.

8. Starbucks’ contest entry showcase board, White Cup Contest

I know I’ve already featured Starbucks on this list, but I couldn’t resist sharing this board because these contest entries were so well done. This group board is the perfect way to showcase all of the amazing entries in one place! This contest asked people to create art on their Starbucks white cup and the entries were amazing.
