• Cake with Purple and Orange Frosting

    Ingredients

    Cake:

    • 1 Box standard yellow cake mix

    Frosting:

    • 2 cups (4 sticks) Unsalted butter
    • ¼ Cup heavy cream
    • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
    • Pinch of salt
    • 3 ½ Cups powdered sugar
    • Food Coloring

    Directions

    Cake:

    • Your favorite cake will work here. Bake the cake into two 8-inch rounds.

    Frosting:

    • 1 Box standard yellow cake mix
    • In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until creamy.
    • Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and salt, and beat on low until combined.
    • Scrape down the sides. Increase the speed to medium and beat until fluffy.
    • Lower the speed to low, and slowly add the powdered sugar until completely combined.
    • Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy (scraping down the sides as necessary), about 6-8 minutes.
    • Divide the frosting into two bowls, and add the food coloring; purple in one bowl, and orange in the other. Mix until combined.

  • Sugar Cookies With Purple and Orange Frosting

    Ingredients

    Cookies:

    • 1 Roll of sugar cookie dough

    Frosting

    • 2 Cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter
    • ¼ Cup heavy cream
    • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
    • Pinch of salt
    • 3 ½ Cups powdered sugar
    • Food coloring

    Directions

    Cookies:

    • Your favorite sugar cookies will work here. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
    • Let the cookies cool and then frost them.

    Frosting:

    • In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until creamy.
    • Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and salt, and beat on low until combined.
    • Scrape down the sides. Increase the speed to medium and beat until fluffy.
    • Lower the speed to low, and slowly add the powdered sugar until completely combined.

  • Blueberry-Mallow Super Boov Milkshake

    Ingredients

    Milkshake:

    • 3 Large scoops vanilla ice cream
    • 1/2 Cup blueberries
    • 1/4 Cup mini marshmallows
    • 3-4 Tbsp milk

    Toppings:

    • Orange coated chocolate candy or orange sprinkles  
    • Extra blueberries and mini marshmallows 

    Directions

    • Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
    • Top with extra blueberries, marshmallows, and orange coated chocolate candy or orange sprinkles.

    Enjoy your delightful milkshake!

  • Galaxy White Chocolate Popcorn

    Ingredients:

    • 12 Ounces (340g) of your favorite white chocolate
    • 8 Cups of popped popcorn (I use a popcorn machine to make this)
    • Colored sprinkles in orange, purple and blue (including star sprinkles and silver pearl cachous)

    Directions:

    • Heat the white chocolate until melted (I melt it using a microwave oven on 30 second increments, stirring often, being careful not to overheat)
    • Pour the chocolate over your bowl of popcorn, mixing it in and coating evenly (don't be afraid to get your hands messy in this step!)
    • Lay out your popcorn flat on a couple of trays covered in baking paper.
    • Coat generously with your sprinkles, star sprinkles and silver pearl cachous.
    • Allow the white chocolate to harden by placing the trays in the fridge for 10 minutes.
    • Break up your galaxy popcorn pieces and serve in popcorn boxes.
