HelloSociety is a diverse team in many ways, but we share a genuine passion for influencer marketing. We love what we do, and where we work - you can find us in a sunny Santa Monica office just blocks from the beach, blasting tunes and eating more M&M's than any of our mothers would approve of.
Kyla is an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan who is admittedly intolerable before her first triple latte of the morning. She tries to balance out her pack-a-day Famous Amos habit with semi-regular Pilates classes, and can be found perusing "Cute Animal" Pinterest boards well into the night.
Dennis loves fried chicken and fast food. When he's not on the road traveling, you can find him in the Southbay spending time with his family and friends and coaching any sports team for his boys. Dennis is a Princeton Tiger, a New York native, and tries to fight obesity by endless laps in the pool.
When he's not incessantly pounding out code on his keyboard, you can find Gabe sailing around the Santa Monica Bay, playing acoustic guitar or tending his vegetable garden. He's originally from Texas (Hook 'em Horns!) but has called Los Angeles home for 14 years.
Ariel is originally from the the East Coast but fell in love with the city of Chicago. She is obsessed with her Pug, Bruce Wayne, who snores loudly. She loves to travel, top 40 music, and people with quick wit.
An LA native, Andrew is a die-hard LA sports fan who has spent more time watching the Dodgers than he’d like to admit. He is a huge fan of dry humor, although nothing can make him laugh harder than his labradoodle Cooper. A former college golfer, Andrew also enjoys playing soccer and dabbles in stand-up comedy.
Claire is an LA native who’s always on the hunt for the perfect photoshoot location. She classifies herself as both indoorsy and outdoorsy. When she’s not in the office you'll likely find her exploring a national park, swing dancing, at a themed party, or falling in love with a fictional character.
Hope is a West Coast girl at heart. Born in Newport Beach, Hope grew up in Portland, OR, went to college in San Francisco and has finally landed in Santa Monica. While not known for enjoying sweets, she can be found baking up a storm in her free time. Instead, she absolutely loves spicy food and puts Sriracha on everything, and we mean everything!
Jack, a California native, hasn’t cut his hair in years for reasons unknown to him. He enjoys writing and filming comedy sketches, basketball, going to country music festivals, and using his unexpectedly decent rhythm to turn heads. While you might not find him at your local hot yoga class, you might see him sprinting by you holding a surfboard pretending like he’s about to hit the waves.
Originally from Michigan, Jade couldn't resist moving to Southern California after attending Arizona State. You'll likely find Jade riding her beach cruiser around Venice or attending a music festival on the weekends. When she really needs to unwind, Jade resorts to staying in bed and eating frozen gummy bears while online shopping.
As a lifelong SoCal resident by birth and by choice, Jenna is not a fan of the cold. She's a beach girl at heart, choosing USD as her alma mater, and has happily called Santa Monica home ever since. She's a foodie, who lives for eating (sweets especially), and she loves to photograph and blog about it along the way. While most people might scoff at the thought of growing old with cats, Jenna could only dream of getting so lucky and wears her cat lady reputation proudly.
Jinny hails from the south but took a detour lured by the bright city lights of NYC before the Northeast winters and Hurricane Sandy drove her to LA. When not at work, she is busy planning her hot sauce empire and finishing that short story she started several years ago (just can’t seem to nail the ending).
Jorge has the biggest sweet tooth on the planet and his love of baking chocolate cakes is detrimental to keeping his waist line in check. So he likes to run around mountains to burn all the sweet sweet sugar off. He would live in the dessert if it wasn't so hot.
Kerry has been calling West LA home for 6 years now. She grew up Irish dancing and dominated the Three Hand Reel in competitions with her sisters. As an identical triplet, she and her sisters tend to walk in unison so dancing together was never difficult. In her spare time, she can be found running along the beach in preparation for her next half marathon.
Kristen can be found singing (poorly) out loud to any song playing, canoodling with her dog, Stella, cooking and eating too much Italian food, and telling exaggerated anecdotes over drinks. She loves concerts, USC Football (Fight On!), family, anything Christmas, and has a soft spot for all things animal.
Melissa moved to Los Angeles from the foggy city of San Francisco. She's a big fan of comedy and can often be found at a stand-up show, reading a comedian's autobiography, or trying to become Amy Poehler's best friend. When she's not geeking out over comedy, you can find Melissa trying out a new restaurant, testing out a new recipe, or anything else that has to do with food.
East coast born and west coast bred, Mike is most likely to be found dining out, telling lame jokes or finishing a family sized package of cookies on his own. He’s terrible at yoga and probably talks about Beyoncé too much, but he will always share his gummi bears.
Morgan thinks it is pretty cool she is the second triplet in the office! After living in 6 states she considers herself an LA girl who enjoys going to the farmers market and climbing the Culver City Stairs. As a vegetarian who doesn’t like fruits and veggies much, you can find her eating burritos (with guac) and anything chocolate!
Ran's greatest personal struggle in life is trying not to get a pants size bigger. She brings two lunches to work and her desk always has a pile of snack wrappers, tea bags, and tupperware. Her favorite animals are giraffes and she has played almost every single Pokemon game to date.
Rebecca is an avid lover of all things BBQ. A native Bostonian, she and her husband named their dog Ortiz after beloved Red Sox player, David. When she is not training Ortiz silly pet tricks, you can find Rebecca playing basketball, finding a new Pilates gym, or trying not to fail at growing vegetables in her new garden.
Rose is still waiting for the nutritional study to come out proving that it is possible to live off sugar and chocolate alone, but she’s sure it will come. She’s been playing ice hockey for the last few years, and the pinnacle of her career thus far is several assists and a too many men on the ice penalty. A recent LA transplant, she's a NJ native, roots for Cornell in all relevant sports, and usually knows where her towel is.
When Sam isn't pinning hundreds of similar chocolate chip cookie recipes, she can be found DJing her weekly radio show, the Spin Cycle on KXSC, under the alter ego DJ Dirty T. Although she may be seen as the ultimate girly girl (she doesn't own a single pair of pants), she was on her middle school football team and is shamelessly cocky about her ping pong skills.
Scott is Texas born and bred yet even this Longhorn couldn't resist the lure of the Cali lifestyle. Tori is brand new to LA and still getting used to parallel parking. She loves live music, barbeque ribs, minimalism, and being caught up in a really good book. Tori is excited about the prospect of alien life and is waiting for the day they contact us, but will keep on trying out new ways to organize her closet “for fun” here on earth until then.
Vicki is a native Californian and a proud USC alumna. She has an unhealthy obsession with avocados, blue nail polish and Harry Potter. When not at the office, you can usually find her at a yoga studio or a music festival.
Zoe graduated with a degree in advertising from Washington State University. Go Cougs! Her favorite foods are sushi, peanut butter, and raspberries. When she’s not on Pinterest, she can be found working out or watching bad reality tv. She loves to travel, can speak a little German (wunderbar!), and has a goldfish named Hennessy.
Kevin is a French Bulldog serving as HelloSociety's unofficial head of HR. His hobbies include breathing loudly, doing high-intensity interval training workouts in the office several times a day, and working towards his elusive dream of fitting a full-size tennis ball in his mouth. You can find him supervising anyone using the microwave at lunchtime.
